| then it's not the CAS signals. The CAS pulses to the ECU keep the firing order in sync. Since all the other injectors are working properly to keep the engine running that tells me the ECU is trying to send the signal to ground the injector but for some reason the injector is not getting the signal, there is no power to that injector or the injector is bad. If there was a short to the power on that injector it would blow a fuse and all the injectors wouldn't work. Here is a list of what I would check. 1. Check that there is battery power to the injector. This will eliminate a broken power wire to the injector. 2. After making sure there is power on one side of the injector connector and with the injector connector unplugged, put a 12 volt LED across the injector connector terminals, start the car and see if the LED flashes. This will help confirm a no signal situation to the injector. If you don't see the LED flash, try flipping the LED around in case the positive/negative leads need to be reversed. 3. With the injector connector disconnected, check continuity from the non-powered side of the connector to pin 103 at the ECU connector. If there is no continuity then the signal wire to the injector is broken. 4. Check that the ECU connector is seated correctly. 5. Try using another ECU to test with. I know you said JWT checked the ECU but I would have it checked again just in case. Send me an email if you would like me to check it for you. Just pay for shipping would be good.
